Comfortable and cozy around the fireplace! Rooms and apartments are well equipped. The beds are very comfortable.
Been going to the Golden Eagle for a long time, it is evident that the room cleaning is not what it use to be, more a quick in and out, making the suface look clean, I DO HAVE ONE MAJOR CONCERN, LIKE MOST OTHER HOTELS/RESORTS. I NOTICED THE ROOM GLASSES NEVER LEAVE THE ROOM, NOT SURE WHAT THEY WIPE THEM OUT WITH, just don't use the glasses on the room, they have no carts to supply new glasses, just black plastic bags with new towels and sheets, kinda tacky, still a wonderful resort, just needs a new housecleaning manager I guess
Our room was comfortable but there was an obnoxious moldy smell that made it uncomfortable the stay in the room.
If you let us know which room this was we will make every effort to address this situation. We have never had a mold or mustiness issue here and would welcome the opportunity to correct any problem!
Management
Went to the resort 15 years ago as a small kid, had a blast then at the resort, and going back for a second trip, it was a great experience. Friendly Staff, good rooms, wifi, delicious breakfast, and a great health and spa area.
Just resently stayed for two nights. Enjoyed having the fireplace in the room. The staff was friendly and enjoyed having the pool inside at 84 DEGREES, within walking distance from our room
