Breakfast at the Colonial Cafe is the ultimate Vermont experience. Great coffee and plenty of it. Omelettes great and cooked to order and the pancakes with pure Vermont syrup melt in your mouth. Great and always friendly service.

We were group of eight who had the breakfast at the Colonial for three days. Couldn't ask for anything more; great selection of standards (eggs, sausage, bacon) as well as waffles, pancakes, and omelettes. Great coffee and excellent staff. Thanks to all. Daughter recommends the hilltopper.

Wow! Fantastic service. Great view. Fresh squeezed orange juice as an unexpected treat. Sublime coffee and those farm fresh eggs almost made you want breakfast all day long!
